"I thought I would drop you a line to let you know how happy Erickson Crane and Rigging is and has been with your company and product. As you know we purchased a used R-120 Rigger Lift that HMS Equipment had made at an auction in Indiana. And we had your firm make us another one but by your company. We were truly amazed that when we ran into some problems with the mast on the HMS machine at how you helped us locate the problem, make the necessary fix, and then you and Shawn came over to our facility in Grand Rapids Michigan to help repair it. Your fix worked and you made us very satisfied. We knew then that when we ordered the new 60 ton machine who we were going to purchase it from. We would purchase it from a company that service starts BEFORE the sale and continues long after. When we ordered the machine your company was willing to listen to our needs and make the adjustments/suggestions to our machine so it was what we needed and wanted. I don't know of many companies that will do that anymore. When we received our machine and add-a-mast with boom you took the time to come over and show us how everything worked and made sure we were happy and satisfied with what we bought. No one does this anymore! Your company is an example of what ALL North American manufacturers need, and MUST DO, if they want to survive. As you know we are talking to you and looking at purchasing two more of YOUR units for our fleet. Also I would be happy to let any future customers look at our machine you made for us if that would help you. If there is ever anything we can do for you, please let us know."
